2. Nature of Platform & Pharmacy Fulfillment
Pharmexa operates as an online pharmacy platform technology that connects patients with state-licensed, FDA-compliant retail pharmacy partners in the United States. Pharmexa facilitates prescription fulfillment, patient intake, payment processing, and shipment logistics.
3. Valid Prescription Requirement
Orders submitted without a verifiable prescription will be placed on administrative hold pending verification or canceled in compliance with federal drug laws.
4. Medical Advice Disclaimer
The content, guides, and articles available on Pharmexa are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Pharmexa does not provide direct medical diagnosis or treatment. 5. Account Responsibility & Age Verification
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or request prescription delivery. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
6. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Pharmexa reserves the right to adjust pricing or correct typographical errors prior to pharmacy dispensing. Payment must be completed before an order is released for shipment.
